Who We Are:
We are commercial food service designers and consultants. Our team offers over 150 years of combined experience across multiple global market sectors.
Landmark prides itself on providing data-driven design in order to reply to rising real estate costs, increased labor shortages, increased food costs, and our commitment to being good stewards of our environment.
Our diverse project experience allows us to bring custom solutions that address today's challenges faced by owners, architects, general contractors, and operators.
We are committed to supporting our clients through the completion of our projects. Therefore we are active players during the construction administration process. This results in fewer construction delays, reductions in lead times, and thoughtfully coordinated food and beverage spaces that don't negatively impact the integrity of the food and beverage program.

Sean Kellenbarger
Sean is a principal and co-founder and studio director for New England as well as the managing partner of the firm. Working closely with our studio directors to ensure a seamless experience, delivering a superior project delivery of accurate design documents on time for our clients. Project lead for many diverse projects focused on delivering on expectations and project schedules to seamlessly integrate into the project design team. Leading with honest, efficient, and flexible solutions.

Javier Chavarria
Javier is a principal and studio director for the Arizona market. Specializing in multi-unit concepts, meeting the demanding schedules for concepts such as P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Harkins Entertainment. His studio has completed projects across the globe in many markets.

Sam Moyer
Sam has worked with Landmark Kitchen Design from a arms length since the company started. Sam specializes in equipment, new product innovation and work flow. Sam works closely with our design director and managers to insure we deliver our clients a design, equioment package & budget that will meet their requirements

Jose Quispe
Jose is a Project manager and manages the BIM department. Working closely in Mexico with the Studio Director he is responsible for process improvement for the team. His attention to detail and ability to communicate his design intention clearly has made him a valued member of the team. He has also dedicated himself to learning all of the necessary mediums to be able to communicate his design with proficiency including but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
